Planetside 2 VOIP Fix - If your in-game VOIP is broken

For Planetside 2 VOIP to function unimpeded the following ports configuration is required:nnOpen the following ports:nnn - TCP: 80n - TCP: 443n - UDP: 5062nnnOpen the following port ranges:nnn - UDP: 20040 to 20199n - UDP: 5000 to 6000n - UDP: 20200 to 61958 (If you have a better method let me know).nnnI am not happy with this fix, but it is the only thing that works.
